I purchased this hat block from Australia a few years ago and it is one of my favorite fascinator shapes.  She is very 1930's and perches on the forehead at a pretty serious angle.   This version is made in a natural sinamay straw with a metallic gold layer hiding in the middle.  The metallic gold lambskin bow and netting finish the look.  This would be great with almost any dress.
